Our usual weekly services are all in English and are:
Sunday 11am Morning Worship with Holy Communion
Our regular Sunday morning service is where we meet together as a community to worship God and learn more about Him. Through songs, prayer, and studying God’s Word, the Bible we seek to learn how to live out the Christian faith. We aim to communicate in a modern and relevant way that is easily understood by everyone whether they are Christian or not. Services are usually taken by our Pastor or one of the Leadership Team but we also benefit from excellent ministry provided by ministers and leaders who visit Calpe from the UK from time to time.
Wednesday 4.30pm Midweek Prayer, Praise and Bible Study
Our usual format is to commence with a discussion based Bible study, followed by a time of open praise and worship (5.15pm) and then intercessory prayer (5.45pm). We break for a short time of refreshment and fellowship around 6.15pm and then continue with the same Bible study (6.30pm) but this time front led for those who prefer this format or for those with hearing impairment who find it difficult to join in the discussion based format. Finally this concludes with a short ‘Songs of Praise’ (7.00pm). The purpose of this multi-format is to allow people to join or leave the afternoon programme at any stage to suit their preference.
